How to delete the Substitution profile „ALL“
Defining different substitution profiles (e.g. for Travel, Leave Requests etc.) the user can define different substitutions for the incoming workitems in his UWL (Universal Worklist). For this purpose you need to classify the standard task used in the workflow (infotype 1217). Then connect this classification to your substitution profile (tables T77RP and T77RO). If you want to maintain the substitution profiles in the UWL you can choose from the profiles entered in the table T77RP and the “ALL” profile that is generated by the system. If you don’t want the users maintain general profiles using “ALL” you can delete this profile as follows: go to the Content Administration to the Universal Worklist iView and set the parameter “Add All Substitution Profile as default" to „No“.
