Managing Ad-hoc Substitutions using SAP® Workflow
Improve your approval processes and let workitems no longer be undone. If an employee is absent unexpectedly and has not entered a substitute or his substitute is absent, too, somebody else has to forward the work items, which are staying in the approver’s workplace as well as to manage his future work items. The standard SAP has no solution for this case.
